Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, improve user experience, and provide analytics.

2. How Nem uses cookies

We use a small number of cookies in three categories:

Strictly necessary

  • Session cookies — keep you signed in and preserve your workspace context.
  • Theme preference — stores your light/dark mode choice.
  • CSRF tokens — protect form submissions from cross-site request forgery.

Analytics (de-identified)

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Plausible or Vercel Analytics) to understand which features get used. These do not set advertising cookies and do not identify individual users.

Third-party

Some embedded providers (for example, Stripe for billing, Retell for voice agent test calls) may set their own cookies. We do not control these — refer to those providers' cookie policies.

3. We do not use advertising cookies

Nem does not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not display ads. We do not track you across unrelated websites.

4. Managing your cookie preferences

You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly-necessary cookies will break sign-in and core functionality.

5. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our cookie practices change.
